The Adventures of Lovable Lobo: Lobo’s Howliday Book Review

 RAINBOW SNOW……

This is my second adventure with Lobo and I enjoyed it as much as the first; now I look forward for many more of his amazing adventures. I love reading his C.L Murphy’s Lovable Lobo books to my 5 year old at bedtime.

Lobo the lovable wolf pup spreads joy, and shares his fun times with us yet again. The toddlers will love it and will want to read it a hundred times! At least!!

Lobo, the wolf travels all the way to North Pole and back. All the characters are so well etched and help Lobo and his pet raven Roxy. Here is another Adventure of Lobo that spreads the holiday cheer and good will for us this Christmas.

The book teaches us about the animals that inhabit the North Pole and the beautiful ‘Northern Lights’. He becomes Santa’s helper and helps gets the presents delivered on time. How he does it? You have to read the book.

The book has lovely pictures on every page that explain what is going on and a simple story line easy for small children to understand. A good read for this season and all through the year; a perfect bedtime read.

It is a perfect Christmas read and totally deserves all the praise and accolades it has gathered.

The Buzz About the Book

“Lobo’s Howliday is a wonderfully sweet and funny picture e-book featuring the lovable wolf pup, Lobo. The book features beautiful depictions of the Arctic landscape; an amusing story of an unusual predicament Santa finds himself in; and an underlying theme of friendship as Lobo is helped along the way by some of the Arctic’s residents. I highly recommend this wonderful holiday-themed book…” ~ Renee @ Mother Daughter Book Reviews
What could be more exciting than celebrating Christmas with an adorable wolf pup (Lobo) and his friends? Who can resist the rainbow sky, trees, and houses? I couldn’t!” ~ 5 Star Review, Mrs. D., Goodreads
Kids will love Lobo’s Howliday and why not. This outing is best yet. The illustrations explode with color and seem to pop off the screen (or paper). When I first saw this, I thought it was some new 3-D trick with Photoshop. With each edition of Loveable Lobo, Ms. Murphy expertise improves. The stories get better, the illustrations get better, and the writing gets better.” ~ Sue @ Kid Lit Reviews

About the Author: C.L. Murphy

C.L.MurphyWhile new to the children’s book writing and illustrating scene,C.L. Murphy (Cathy) has been doodling her way through life since she won a school wide poster contest in the third grade. She’s had the pleasure of working as an artist in residence, creating cartoons and painting murals with the children at local elementary schools. She adores the wonder and curiosity of young children.
She feels that creating picture books is something that she was destined to do, after years of filing away so many ideas, while raising her two sons. She is a member of SCBWI.
She lives amongst the wildlife in an enchanted forest in the beautiful Oregon wilderness with her husband and menagerie. She has always appreciated nature and animals have always played a major role in her life. The inspiration for the Lovable Lobo character came from a wolf that she raised for over 14 years.
Check out her book series and discover that you, too, will find Lobo lovable.
