Today is the theme reveal day and I am so excited since I finally found my theme just last week! I had almost given up on the challenge, moving to another city in April and no theme, no posts, no ideas; so worried I was.
It was possible only when a fellow blogger and very accomplished writer & blogger PrivyTrifles pointed it out to me in reply to my tweet about being unsure of my #theme for the #AtoZChallenge. When she did it was such an obvious one that I laughed and jumped with joy, wondering why I didn’t think of it? Yes, we all know sometimes the most obvious thing is the one we miss and so did I!! Big thanks to her.
I write about books and their writers a lot on my blog. I also share a lot of information about various books from all over the globe during my reviews and blog tours but I feel I must share about my own country so this April be ready to be dazzled by the sheer talent, variety and finesse of Indian writing.
Now enough of the surprise, I reveal my theme for the Year 2015 A to Z Challenge for which I choose to write about the powerhouse of writing talent within my country as I list and highlight the “A to Z of Incredible Indian Authors”
So hurry and mention your favorite Indian writer and maybe they would be in the alphabet of their name!
I am at No. 103 on the list!
I am at No. 103 on the list!
I would be featuring only writers who write in English language as those are the ones I am most familiar with. My only worry is how many to feature per alphabet and which author to feature for Q, W, X, Y and Z!!
And whether I should go with first names or surnames?
All help, hints & ideas are most welcome.
Tell me your most favorite author in recent time and let’s exchange notes!!
