Unruly #atozchallenge

U

Through the month of April I am writing along with 1900 participants for the A to Z Challenge. My theme for the Alphabet Challenge is FEELINGS and FICTION. The happy, sad, funny, silly, envious, over the top and totally low down account of feelings in 100 words of fiction.

Raven liked her calm, uncluttered, thoughts. To laze around when she wished, to sleep as much as she wanted to and yet since yesterday her life felt mundane and dull. She tried to change the TV channels yet again and still found her thoughts to the crazy weekend with Jeremy.

She tried to ignore the noise of emotions drowning her voice of reason as she felt the tug yet again. Rather grumpy at the incessant, unruly thoughts she grudgingly picked the phone and called Jeremy and wished he would not reply just as he answered with his smiling, sexy voice.

Here are the feelings I explored!

Depressed

Elated

Frustrated

Unruly thoughts are a sign we need to take a breather and take it easy. She shouldn’t have called Jeremy and should have chilled out 🙂
