DYING BY THE HOUR by @koryshrum

A treat for lovers of the Paranormal Genre! You has last seen and read about Kory and her book DYING FOR A LIVING when I had shared my review about the book.
It has a leading lady and she doesn’t die!! How fun is that? She also helps the mere mortals and tries to do more good by feeling guilty about not doing enough!

A different story from the vampires and were-wolves kind and yet equally intriguing and absorbing. I look forward to reading the second book DYING BY THE HOUR and reviewing it. Here are all the details about the book; plus there is a giveaway and a Facebook after party to get you hooked!

After 83 deaths, Jesse Sullivan knows how to die. As a Necronite, she is one of the population’s rare 2% who can serve as a death replacement agent, dying so others don’t have to. But using her NRD to save lives is why she’s being hunted.
For Ally Gallagher, death is permanent. If she fails to protect Jesse again, there will be no third attempt. After a quiet year the signs of serious danger have returned. People connected to Jesse are disappearing. Her home is vandalized and threatening messages are turning up in the safest of places.

Then Jesse is taken and Ally has only hours to get her back. But no salvation comes without its price.

Kory M. Shrum lives in Michigan with her partner and a ferocious guard pug. She has dabbled in everything from fortune telling to martial arts and believes a person should live life with an open heart and mind–which is how she ended up spending the night in the trunk of a car, and still to this day, has a BB lodged in her arm.

She is an avid reader and a strong supporter of the environment and the arts. When not writing, she can be found teaching and traveling. Her poetry has appeared in North American Review, Bateau and elsewhere. Her urban fantasy novel Dying for a Living is now available on Amazon, as well as her short stories, Dive and Blind. The sequel, Dying by the Hour, has just released on September 2, 2014.
